- Design Tool Exclusions: Any custom layouts or combinations generated using our online design tools do not grant you an exclusive trademark or copyright over that specific layout. We reserve the right to make underlying templates, design patterns, and stock elements available to other users.
- Design Duplication: Because our tools are publicly accessible, other clients may independently generate similar or identical layouts. We do not guarantee layout uniqueness, nor do we provide legal counsel regarding trademark eligibility. You assume full legal responsibility for ensuring your final submission does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property.
- Order Limitations: You are authorised to use this site’s creative assets solely to compile, design, and purchase finished physical goods or digital services (“Products”) fulfilled by YG SERVICES & TRADING. Any unauthorised extraction, downloading, or secondary distribution of these design assets is strictly forbidden.
